We offer Free Shipping on all UK orders over £35. To the Channel Islands and Ireland we charge £25 for bikes, frames, wheels & trainers and £10 for everything else.
We attempt to process all items as quickly as possible and aim to ship items in 1-2 working days from when the order is received. Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day except for Saturdays when they will be processed on Monday. However delays can still occur so if there is a problem before shipping we will let you know as soon as we can.
Should your item be out of stock we will notify you immediately with the expected waiting time. If you don’t wish to continue with the order we will offer a full refund.
We send smaller items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, slightly larger items go by UPS and big bulky items such as bikes, frames & turbo trainers will go by TNT. All items will need to be signed for; if this is a problem please put so in the notes. Most items will arrive within 24 hours however this is not always the case.
Collection from the shop is available if you live locally – please contact us if you wish to arrange this.
We are happy to ship items to anywhere in the world. We have set pricing to all European countries for all products apart from bikes, frames, trainers and wheels.

For shipping bikes, frames, trainers and wheels to Europe and for any product to the Rest of the World we will provide a shipping quote prior to purchase and take payment via Paypal.
If you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason please contact us and let us know. We will accept all new unused items in original packaging for a full refund within 14 days. If an item is faulty but outside of the 14 day returns period it will be returned to the manufacturer and replaced subject to inspection. This does not apply to any item which has been customised – all custom sales are final. If returning an item from overseas please mark the item ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs delays. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned item does not comply with these terms.
We cannot accept returns on helmets for various legal reasons so please be careful when making your purchase.
When returning an item we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot issue a refund if the item is lost in the post on the way back to us. Please send all returns to:
